Access is part of the experience.
We design the public, application and learner journeys toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA and test the complete task, not only individual pages.
Our design target
Pages use semantic structure, visible focus, keyboard-operable interactions, readable contrast, responsive reflow and clear form labels. Essential meaning does not depend on colour, hover or motion.
Completing forms
Forms identify required fields, link errors to the affected controls and keep instructions available while you correct an entry. The application has four stages and a review before submission. Your entries remain on the page if sending fails. Contact us if you need help using a form, and share only the information needed to describe the barrier.
Learning materials
Where practical, materials provide structured text, captions, transcripts, accessible documents and equivalent ways to explain work against the same standard.
Requests
You may request an accessible format or participation support. Accessibility information is handled separately and shared only where needed to respond.
Feedback
Use the general enquiry form and describe the page, task, device or assistive technology involved. We will acknowledge the request and explain the next step.
Known limits
Third-party identity or payment services may have separate accessibility characteristics. We select and configure those services with accessibility in mind and provide a support route when a barrier appears.
