Who is responsible

SozoRock Tech Inc Canada operates SozoRockSchool Canada and is responsible for the personal information described here. The Privacy Lead oversees questions, requests and complaints.

What we collect

Public pages can be viewed without an account. When you apply, enrol, participate or contact us, we may collect your identity and contact details, province or territory, selected Nano-Credential, professional context, application responses, enrolment award requests, enrolment and participation records, assessment and credential records, support requests, payment confirmation and essential security information.

Payment providers process complete payment-card details. We retain the payment status and reference needed for enrolment and records.

Why we use it

We use information to review applications, manage enrolment, deliver the selected experience, provide learner support, assess required work, issue and verify credentials, protect the service, maintain records and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

Limited information may be handled by providers supporting identity, hosting, communications, payments, security or learner services. They may use it only to provide the contracted service. Information processed in another country may be subject to that jurisdiction’s laws.

Retention

Application records are retained for the application cycle and the period required to address decisions or obligations. Enrolment and participation records are retained through the learner relationship and required administrative period. Credential records may be retained while a credential remains verifiable. Support and security records are retained according to their purpose and sensitivity. Records are then deleted or anonymized where permitted.

Your choices

You may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for use, or request deletion subject to legal and operational limits. We may verify your identity before acting.

Forms and device storage

Application and enquiry entries remain on the current page until you send them. This site does not save form drafts in browser storage. The application page removes drafts saved by the previous version when it loads. Use Clear application to remove your current entries; leaving or reloading the page may also clear them.

Application and offer records

We record the version and time of your privacy acknowledgement, your application status, authorized staff review actions and private review notes. A private offer link lets you accept or decline without creating a learner account. Offer acceptance is recorded separately from payment and confirmed enrolment. Keep that link private. Application confirmations appear on screen. Admissions uses the email address you provide for application and offer follow-up. These forms do not collect payment details.

Marketing

These forms do not sign you up for marketing. We use your contact details to respond to your request and, where applicable, administer your application or enrolment.

Website measurement

The public site uses only information necessary to deliver pages, prevent misuse and diagnose errors unless additional measurement is introduced with an appropriate choice. Declining non-essential measurement does not limit application access.

Changes

We may update this notice as practices or obligations change. The effective date shows the latest revision.
