AI Governance

Know who decides.
Know what they need.

Set clear responsibilities for AI. Assess risks, define review conditions and explain the evidence an accountable decision requires.

Your applied project develops a specific capability, assessed by a person.

Who this is for.

You are responsible for technology, risk, policy, compliance, product or oversight and need to make AI decisions that remain understandable after the meeting ends.

The programme is not policy theory alone. It connects governance decisions to system context, evidence and accountable action.

What you will be able to show.

  • A clear purpose, boundary and decision authority for an AI use case.
  • Material risks and the points where decisions or review are required.
  • Oversight and evidence expectations tied to real accountability.
  • A governance position that can withstand review and change.
